NO REFERRAL IS NECESSARY TO INITIATE COUNSELLING SERVICES

Receiving the help you need is quick and easy:

  • Phone Intake at (514) 931-5629, our intake worker will conduct a 10 minute interview to assess your needs.
  • You can also download the printable Registration Form and fax it to us: (514) 931-8754.
  • Before you are assigned a counsellor, you are required to pay an administration fee. You may pay by Mastercard, Visa or cash.
  • To pay by credit card, please telephone our Intake Officer at (514) 931-5629.
  • To pay by cash, please enclose cash in an envelope with your name and telephone number and deposit in the mail slot in the Administrative Office of the Argyle Institute of Human Relations, 4150 St. Catherine St. Westmount, Suite 328, Westmount, Qc H3Z 2Y5
  • No personal cheques are accepted.

ADMINISTRATION FEE:

  • Unemployed $30.00
  • Employed $40.00

Administrative fees are subject to revision.

Based on Intake information, you will be assigned an appropriate counsellor within 5 working days. You will be contacted by your counsellor within 10 working days to book an appointment. No counselling will be provided over the phone.

FEES FOR SERVICE

Fees for counselling are based on a sliding fee scale, according to the client’s annual gross family income and number of dependents. They range from $30.00 to $75.00 per session. Your fee will be established during your initial interview with a counsellor.

Fees are payable each session by cash.

If we can not provide you with the service or services you request, our Intake Officer will be pleased to refer you to the appropriate resources.
