ARGYLE BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN
IN THE CONTEXT OF THE APPLICATION OF GOVERNMENT PREVENTIVE MEASURES
With responsibility to our community and in alignment with government decisions and recommendations most recently communicated on Monday, March 23, the Argyle Institute has agreed on a business continuity plan in an increased concern to protect employees, psychotherapists, clients and interns of the Argyle.
Consequently, the Argyle site will be closed to the general public from March 23 to April 13, 2020 inclusively.
This decision was made with a regard to our mission and with the following orientations:
• Avoid non-essential face-to-face meetings
• Foster social distance to minimize the risk of spread
• Use technological tools, including webinars, Zoom, etc., for communications with customers and between workers
• Encourage telework, when possible.
Our business continuity plan includes the following services:
We will continue to provide communications to all clients. At any time, you can apply for psychotherapeutic care by phone, online or by email.
We will maintain the psychotherapy service remotely – by phone or video.
To cancel or postpone a scheduled consultation with a psychotherapist, please contact your psychotherapist.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely through the coming days and weeks and will make decisions accordingly. We will keep you informed of all changes to this business continuity plan via our website.
If you have any questions or comments, you can reach us preferably by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
The Argyle administration thanks you for your understanding and wishes you and your family good health and wellbeing!
