Argyle News Argyle COVID-19 Preventative Measures Plan Argyle Institute May 17, 2021 Argyle News IN THE CONTEXT OF THE APPLICATION OF GOVERNMENT PREVENTIVE MEASURES With responsibility to our community and in alignment with government decisions and recommendations most recently communicated on Monday, March 23, the Argyle Institute has agreed on a business continuity plan in an increased concern to protect employees, psychotherapists, clients and interns of the Argyle.Consequently, the Argyle site will be closed to the general public from March 23 to April 13, 2020 inclusively.This decision was made with a regard to our mission and with the following orientations: Avoid non-essential face-to-face meetingsFoster social distance to minimize the risk of spreadUse technological tools, including webinars, Zoom, etc., for communications with customers and between workersEncourage telework, when possible. Our business continuity plan includes the following services:Clinical ServicesWe will continue to provide communications to all clients. At any time, you can apply for psychotherapeutic care by phone, online or by email. Psychotherapy serviceWe will maintain the psychotherapy service remotely – by phone or video.To cancel or postpone a scheduled consultation with a psychotherapist, please contact your psychotherapist. We will continue to monitor the situation closely through the coming days and weeks and will make decisions accordingly.
