Nadine Gharious


Nadine Gharious is a psychotherapist for more than 20 years now and a clinical supervisor in private practice, she also has been practicing yoga for two decades and is a yoga teacher several years now. She is an IBP (integrative body psychotherapy) practitioner and teacher. In the last 10 years, she has combined these skills to focus on body-centered approaches, mostly working with anxiety, depression and burn-out. Using speech, breathing techniques and mindfulness, Nadine helps achieve overall wellness.
