A Mindful Practice for Reducing Anxiety

In this workshop, I will be teaching something called ‘toning’, which is a way of using the voice to express sounds which calm the mind, relax the body, regulate emotions such as anxiety, and foster resilience.

Participants will learn the science behind toning, and learn a basic practice with toning that they can continue on your own.
