(Recognized by the OPQ for the psychotherapy permit 50 hours)

Course description

Psychodynamic psychotherapy is based on the premise that human problems and behavior express the unconscious forces and internal conflicts.

Training in psychodynamic psychotherapy requires a commitment to deepening knowledge through reading and reflection; the ability to approach complex material with an independent mind; the willingness to seek necessary resources; and the dedication to fulfill program responsibilities with professionalism.

The seminars combine lectures and discussions, based on assigned readings; the seminars are organized in four modules, which can be taken as whole (fall and winter session) or by module (see dates).
