Educational opportunities at the Argyle

Our Educational Program accommodates trainees and is recognised by the OPQ. Students have the opportunity to take theory courses in Psychodynamic, Systemic and Humanistic psychotherapy approaches.

Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

This program gives the student a solid theoretical and clinical base in the practice of long-term psychotherapy with a Psychodynamic orientation.
Systemic Psychotherapy

Systemic Psychotherapy

Systemic Psychotherapy understands human problems and behaviour in a contextual framework and seeks to shift the current dynamics of individual, couple and family relationships.
Humanistic Approach

Humanistic Approach

Students will examine the foundations of humanistic psychology, develop knowledge of how the field has evolved, and apply basic tenets of current humanistic approaches to the self, relationships, and systems within the context of psychotherapy.
